2023 Winter Dinner in the Field Series is live!
Events during January – April. Summer Series to be released late January.

Enjoy the stunning wines of Oregon over a six-to-seven course dinner expertly prepared by Field & Vine chefs using ingredients sourced straight from the host and surrounding farms.

For dinners hosted in the early spring or winter, the event will be held in a tented area, barn, or covered area, rain or shine. Casual attire recommended.

This year we have increased our ticket prices as the impacts of the pandemic on the supply chain, as well as the drought, have resulted in dramatic prices increases on food, fuel and even the porta potties.

Fiala Farms & Solena Estate

Join Field & Vine at the most local of all the farms we visit this season. Fiala Farms has been owned and operated by four generations of Fiala’s, and this festive season’s special Pig Roast Feast dinner will be paired with the wines from Solena Estate. At this unique Dinner in the Field, you’ll dine in the midst of this century-old family farm’s bucolic landscape. You’ll enjoy the produce grown directly at the farm, including berries, tomatoes, eggplant, squash and more. Richard Fiala’s passion for growing exceptional, local produce is contagious, and he will surely wax effusive, especially over a glass of Solena’s wine.

Soléna Estate, founded by Laurent and Danielle Montalieu, began as a way to explore winemaking with other varietals grown in neighboring appellations while the family’s young Domaine Danielle Laurent vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton District matured. Laurent and Danielle are producing Pinot Noir from their estate vineyards as well as Pinot Gris, Merlot, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Late Harvest Riesling from select sites throughout Oregon and Washington.

As you join Richard Fiala, sipping away on Solena Estate wines, you’ll linger over good conversation, laughter and six-seven courses of seasonal foods expertly paired with the wines and the season. Relax into the hum of the evening at this beautiful century-old farm.

Price includes 6-7 course dinner, wine/beer, tax and gratuity.
Menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability of the best ingredients.

Purchased Tickets are dinner-specific, and can not be transferred to another dinner.
