Join Field & Vine at the most local of all the farms we visit this season. Fiala Farms has been owned and operated by four generations of Fiala’s. At this unique Dinner in the Field, you’ll dine in the midst of this century-old family farm’s bucolic landscape. You’ll enjoy the produce grown directly at the farm, including berries, tomatoes, eggplant, squash and more. Richard Fiala’s passion for growing exceptional, local produce is contagious, and he will surely wax effusive, especially over a glass of Cristom Vineyards wine.
Cristom Vineyards began over 25 years ago in the Eola-Amity Hills wine region. It started with a collaboration between an engineer and biochemist who each had a passion for deep-rooted respect for the land, natural winemaking process, and Pinot Noir. This foundation has has yielded Estate vineyards to produce elegant, dynamic wines, recognizable by Cristom Vineyards hallmark style of whole-cluster fermentation by native yeasts.
Please take note that this event starts at 5pm to allow us to enjoy as much daylight as possible.
Price includes 6-7 course dinner, wine/beer, tax and gratuity. Menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability of the best ingredients.
